Mounts through 1 in. diameter hole in lavatory or countertop. Top-filling, locking cover and free-turning spout design. Corrosion-resistant valve dispenses liquid soaps. Four-inch spout, cover and escutcheon have stainless steel finish; body and 4 in. shank made of high impact-resistant ABS plastic.
