Bak-O-Matic Pan Liner

Heavyweight release treated bakery pan liners used for lining baking pans so that baked goods release without sticking.
Reuse of liner results in lower cost per bake and less waste.

Product Features

Strong 27 genuine a parchment with quilon type release treatment applied to both sides
Withstands oven heat best of any pan liner while providing good quilon type release from baked goods. Not as good as silicone but better then single use type quilon treated greaseproof sheets (LO10)
Sized to fit commercial baking pans so greasing pans isnt necessary.
Lines pans so product doesnt stick. Baked goods slide right off and the pan remains clean. Good release means no damaged or broken product reducing cost of production. No washing means reduced cost too
Reusable
Good reuse. About as many as 27S but with less release then silicone
