Crew wipers combine cleanroom purity with excellent wiping performance. Tested and used in Class M2.5 cleanrooms. Crew wipers are low in particulate matter and halogens, yet strong and absorbent. Ideal for the semiconductor, general electronics, pharmaceutical, microbiotic and precision instrument industries. Made of meltblown polypropylene, Crew wipers contain no binders or reinforcing fibers that could be redeposited. Their bonding pattern eliminates loose surface fibers as it entraps surface particulate matter when wiping. Will not break down or disintegrate when used with acids or other severe chemicals. Soft texture will not scratch sensitive surfaces; flexible enough to clean hard-to-reach corners and crevices. Crew wipers are packaged in antistatic polywrap packaging that can be air-cleaned and taken into the cleanroom. This poly packaging eliminates the dust and lint of typical cardboard packaging and acts as its own one-wipe-at-a-time dispensing system. |
