Sure Trac Ultra Floor Cleaner and Traction Treatment for Use on Quarry Tile & Other Surfaces
Versatile – A 3-in-1 patented daily floor cleaner, monthly traction treatment system and concrete cleaner, reducing the number of products carried on shelves and making training easier.
Effective – As a cleaner, it breaks down oils and fats on the surface and in the pores and effectively removes hardened grease build-up. As a traction treatment, it helps increase the floors slip resistance.
Economical – This product is designed to help decrease slips and falls and reduce worker compensation claims and general liability claims resulting from slip & fall accidents.
Enhances Traction – Increases floors slip resistance by microscopically texturing tile.
Easy to Use – This is a one product system. Effective for all levels of cleaning, from daily cleaning to heavy-duty grease build-up removal. One product does the job of three!
Other Uses – Works well on many surfaces such as quarry tile, glazed and unglazed ceramic tile, glazed and unglazed porcelain tile and concrete (as cleaner only). Can be used in restaurants, malls, schools, hotels/motels, hospitals, showers, patios, restrooms and more.

Treatment
1. Wipe up spills and sweep debris from floor surface.
2. Apply SURE TRAC Ultra Floor Cleaner & Traction Treatment full strength (straight from bottle) in area to be treated.
3. Evenly spread solution across the surface using a deck brush.
4. Allow solution to remain on floor surface:
20 minutes for quarry tile.
40 minutes for glazed and porcelain tile.
Note: Do not allow solution to dry on surface during standing time.
5. Mop up soiled solution or squeegee to drain.
6. Rinse or damp mop floor surface clean.
7. Dry floor surface using a dry mop or squeegee.
Note: Only works as a cleaner on concrete.
New Tile
During the manufacturing process of unglazed quarry tile, a natural surface roughness develops consisting of hard microscopic peaks of silica and inert clays.
Worn Tile
In very short periods of time, unglazed quarry tile surfaces abrade or wear due to foot traffic and daily surface cleaning (i.e., deck brushing & mopping). These original hard microscopic peaks become polished or worn down, leaving flat surface areas where microscopic peaks previously existed. These worn areas now create a potentially slippery floor surface. Microscopically Re-Texturized with SURE TRAC Ultra Floor Cleaner and Traction Treatment This solution's surface restoration process creates new hard microscopic silica peaks to the unglazed quarry tile without significant surface deterioration.
Daily Floor Cleaner
1. Wipe up spills and sweep debris from floor surface.
2. Dispense solution at a ratio of 1 ounce per gallon (1:128) of hot or cold water (8 ml per liter).
3. Apply solution to floor surface and aggressively scrub.
4. Mop up soiled solution or squeegee to drain.
5. Rinse or damp mop floor surface clean.
6. Dry floor surface using a dry mop or squeegee.
Concrete Cleaning – Sidewalks, Dumpsters or Drive-Thrus
1. Wipe up spills and sweep debris from surface.
2. Dispense solution at a ratio of 1 ounce per 4 ounces (1:4) of cold or hot water (250 ml per liter).
3. Apply solution and allow it to stand on area to be cleaned for 3-5 minutes.
4. Aggressively scrub area with MopNBrush Floor Care Tool or deck brush.
5. Rinse surface clean with tap water. |
